On the text, you could try increasing the letter spacing so it stretched the whole length of that tail, the font is fine to me. I prefer the blue background, maybe 3 is the best. You could easily break it up a bit by making the leaves under the flower a hint of green and the flower petals more red, and also making the ribbon at the bottom more of a red color.
